৪ বছর মেয়াদী বিএস-সি ইন নার্সিং (ছেলে-মেয়ে উভয়ের জন্য)
২: বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি কাউন্সিল (বিএনএমসি) কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লেখিত সালে বিজ্ঞান বিভাগ হতে এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি/সমমান দু'টি পরীক্ষায় মোট জিপিএ ৭.০০ প্রাপ্তরা। উভয় পরীক্ষায় জীববিজ্ঞানে জিপিএ ৩.০০ থাকতে হবে। তবে কোন একটি পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ ৩.০০ এর কম প্রাপ্তরা বিবেচ্য হবে না।
৩ বছর মেয়াদী ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং সায়েন্স এণ্ড মিডওয়াইফারি (ছেলে-মেয়ে উভয়ের জন্য)
২: বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি কাউন্সিল (বিএনএমসি) কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লেখিত সালে যেকোন বিভাগ হতে এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি/সমমান দু'টি পরীক্ষায় মোট জিপিএ ৬.০০ থাকতে হবে, তবে কোন একটি পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ ২.৫ এর কম প্রাপ্তরা বিবেচ্য হবে না।
৩ বছর মেয়াদী ডিপ্লোমা ইন মিডওয়াইফারি (শুধু মেয়েদের জন্য)
২: বাংলাদেশ নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি কাউন্সিল (বিএনএমসি) কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লেখিত সালে যেকোন বিভাগ হতে এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি/সমমান দু'টি পরীক্ষায় মোট জিপিএ ৬.০০ থাকতে হবে, তবে কোন একটি পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ ২.৫ এর কম প্রাপ্তরা বিবেচ্য হবে না।
ভর্তির সময় প্রয়োজন
২: এসএসসি/সমমান ও এইচএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষার মূল মার্কশীট এবং এর ৩ সেট সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৩: সরকারি ও বেসরকারি পর্যায়ে অভিন্ন পদ্ধতিতে ভর্তি পরীক্ষার এডমিট কার্ড ও এডমিশন টেস্ট রেজাল্ট-এর মূলকপি এবং এর ৩ সেট সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৪: ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ/পৌরসভা/সিটি কর্পোরেশন কর্তৃক নাগরিক সনদপত্রের ২টি সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৫: পার্বত্য জেলার উপজাতীয় প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে সার্কেল চিফ ও জেলা প্রশাসকের সনদপত্র এবং বাঙ্গালী প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে সার্কেল চিফ বা জেলা প্রশাসকের সনদপত্র এবং অন্যান্য জেলার উপজাতীয় প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে গোত্র প্রধান ও সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলা প্রশাসকের সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৬: ভর্তি পরীক্ষার এডমিট কার্ডের ছবি সদৃশ সদ্য তোলা পাসপোর্ট আকারের ৪টি রঙ্গীন ছবি।
৭: জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র/জন্মনিবন্ধন-এর ৩টি সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৮: দু জন অভিভাবকের ছবি ও জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
Admission Eligibility
3 Years Diploma in Midwifery (Girls Only)
2: A total GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC/equivalent examinations from any department in the year mentioned in the admission circular published by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC), but candidates with GPA less than 2.5 in either examination will not be considered.
3 Years Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery (Both Boys & Girls)
2: A total GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC/equivalent examinations from any department in the year mentioned in the admission circular published by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC), but candidates with GPA less than 2.5 in either examination will not be considered.
4 Years B.Sc in Nursing (Both Boys & Girls)
2: Candidates with aggregate GPA of 7.00 in SSC and HSC/equivalent examinations from science department in the year mentioned in the admission circular published by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC). Must have GPA 3.00 in Biology in both exams. However, candidates with GPA less than 3.00 in any exam will not be considered.
Admission Requirements:
2: SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examination original marksheet and 3 sets of attested photocopies thereof.
3: Original and 3 sets of attested photocopies of the admit card and admission test result of the admission test in the same manner at the government and private level.
4: Two attested photocopies of Citizen Certificate by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation.
5: Attested photocopy of Certificate of Circle Chief and District Commissioner in case of Tribal candidates of Hill Districts and Certificate of Circle Chief or District Commissioner in case of Bengali candidates and Certificate of Tribe Head and concerned District Commissioner in case of Tribal candidates of other districts.
6: Four recent passport size color photographs similar to the admit card photograph of the admission test.
5: Three attested photocopies of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate.
5: Attested photocopy of photograph and national identity card of both parents.
